(HBO) - On March 28-29, the Party Committee of Hoa Binh province’s Department of Public Security held a contest of excellent secretaries of Party cells in 2023, attracting the participation of 26 candidates representing 26 subordinate Party organisations and cells.

Representative of the organising board presents first prize to winner.

The organising board granted the first prize to Pham Thi Thu Thuy, Secretary of the Party cell and head of the PA 08 division. It also presented two second prizes; three third prizes; eight consolation prizes and five supporting prizes for candidates having the best article, the most impressive introduction, the best presentation, the most convincing way to handle a case, and the best quality video clip.

The contest is an important political activity in the provincial Public Security Department’s Party Committee to foster knowledge, skills and profession on the Party work, thus helping improve the capacity to operate and handle real-life cases for secretaries of Party cells, members and grassroots members of Party organisations; and creating conditions for them to exchange and learn from experience, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of activities at the Party organisation and cell levels.

The contest also helps to closely and properly assess the situation of the Party cells, and grassroots Party organisations, frankly acknowledge shortcomings and limitations, and at the same time discover and praise good models, creative ways of doing the Party work, and effective application of them in practice./.
