(HBO) - On April 25th, the Trade Union of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development held the 1st Congress for the term of 2023 - 2028. There was the attention of the trade representatives and the leaders from the Provincial Union of Public Employees, the officials and union members of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and its affiliated trade unions.
The Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development for the term of 2023 - 2028 were presenting themselves at the congress.
In January 2021, the Trade Union of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development was established on the basis of importing 14 grassroots trade unions, of which 13 divisional trade unions are attached. Currently, the Trade Union has 339 members. Over the past years, the Trade Union of the department has effectively implemented its tasks, actively taken care of, represented and protected the legitimate rights and interests of the union members; they have promptly visited and encouraged the members in difficulty; taking the initiative in professional coordination right from the beginning of the year; launching the emulation movements and they have achieved the positive results in many fields.
For the term of 2023 - 2028, the Trade Union of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development sets out eight key tasks and solutions to take care of and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the civil servants and employees; promoting the movements of patriotic emulation; continuing to well perform the work of developing the trade union members, building a strong trade union organization… Every year, it is suggested trying to get 100% of the trade union groups to effectively deploy the emulation movements "Excellent Laborer”, "Creative Laborer”… During the term, more than 5 excellent union members will be introduced to the Party for the consideration and admission.
The Congress has elected 11 members to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development for the term of 2023 - 2028; and 10 official delegates has been elected to participate in the superior trade union congress.

March 3 marked the first official working day for specialised agencies under the provincial People's Committee following the merger or transfer of functions and tasks from the previous agencies. On this day, the newly merged departments and agencies took proactive steps to arrange personnel, organise workflows, and implement tasks efficiently, ensuring that administrative procedures were carried out smoothly without interruption.
