(HBO) - The 17th-tenure (2020-2025) Party Organisation of the Hoa Binh provincial Agencies’ Bloc convened its 12th plenum on June 30 and announced decisions regarding personnel work. The event was attended and directed by Permanent Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Bui Duc Hinh.

In the first half of this year, the Party Committee of the provincial Agencies’
Bloc issued a number of resolutions, decisions, plans, conclusions, and
guidelines as well as documents directing affiliate Party organisations to
fulfill their political tasks. It actively studied and disseminated guiding
documents of the Party Central Committee and the province. The quality of Party
cell activities has been given attention and gradually renewed to be more
practical and attractive. Inspection and supervision work has shown clear
improvements.
The entire Party Organisation has admitted 50 outstanding citizens to the Party
and decided to grant full Party membership to 96 probationary members, opened a
political theory training class for 84 new Party members, and perfected 14
Party branches and units at the district level.
To continue renewing leadership contents and methods, the Party Committee of
the provincial Agencies’ Bloc must continue directing Party committees and
organisations to carry out projects, resolutions and key tasks effectively,
striving to successfully fulfill assigned targets and missions. They must raise
awareness of political and ideological education, promptly disseminate Party
resolutions, directives, State policies and laws while stepping up key tasks in
Party building and continuing with inspection programmes of the standing board
of the provincial Party Committee this year.
At the event, a vote of confidence was conducted for officials holding leading
and managerial positions within the Party Committee of the provincial Agencies’
Bloc. The decisions on appointments of Secretary, Vice Secretary, and members
of the provincial Party Committee's standing board and members of the executive
boards of affiliate Party organisations were also announced./.

The subcommittee for documents of the 18th Hoa Binh provincial Party Congress, the 2025 - 2030 term, convened on March 3 to review and incorporate public feedback on the congress’s draft documents. The meeting was chaired by Nguyen Phi Long, an alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee. It was attended by senior provincial officials, including Bui Thi Minh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council; Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; other members of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee; and members of the document subcommittee.

On this day, the newly merged departments and agencies took proactive steps to arrange personnel, organise workflows, and implement tasks efficiently, ensuring that administrative procedures were carried out smoothly without interruption.
