Bui Thi Tu, head of the District Party Committee's Mass
Mobilisation Board, said that the implementation of "Smart mass mobilisation”
emulation movements has always received due attention from the Party
committees, authorities, units and localities. These movements have made
important contributions to socio-economic development, ensuring security and
defence, and building a strong political system. In the economic sector,
authorities, sectors, Fatherland Fronts, mass organisations and associations
have directed and mobilised officials, Party members and local people to
actively participate in economic development and in building production and
business models; and put forward solutions to difficulties and obstacles in the
process of organising the implementation of local economic development tasks,
and promptly handle people's legitimate proposals and petitions related to
daily life and production.
Accordingly, many effective models in the economic field
continue to be duplicated, including cage fish farming in Suoi Hoa commune;
sweet potato planting in Phu Cuong commune; goat farming in Phu Vinh commune;
red-flesh pomelo and green pomelo growing in Thanh Hoi and Dong Lai communes,
purple sugarcane growing in Phu Vinh and My Hoa communes, and buffalo raising
in Thanh Hoi, Tu Ne and Phu Cuong communes.
"Smart mass mobilisation” emulation movements in building
new-style rural areas and sustainable poverty reduction have been implemented
effectively with diverse and creative contents and methods, attracting the
participation of the people of all walks of life, contributing to local
socio-economic development.
In addition, movements in building the political system has
brought about practical effects, making an important contribution to
disseminating and mobilising officials, civil servants and public employees to
well observe guidelines of the Party, and policies and laws of the State; and
actively contribute ideas to building a clean and strong Party and
administration./.
