(HBO) – On July 11 morning, the Kim Boi district Party Committee's Mass Mobilisation Board, in collaboration with Kim Boi commune administration, launched the commune-level "friendly administration for people's service" model.

The model focuses on disseminating and implementing central, provincial and district documents on the mass mobilisation work and the implementation of democracy at the grassroots level; and the same time guiding and directing the implementation of its contents in the socio-economic, culture and defence – security fields, contributing to the successful implementation of the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020 - 2025 term.

Attention is paid to dublicating effective models and methods of mass mobilisation to create spillover effects among the people of all walks of life; encouraging them to well implement emulation movements and campaigns and contributing to building new-style rural areas, with focus on the "All people unite to build new-style rural areas and civilised urban areas”, and "All people unite to build cultural life” movements.

In addition, Kim Boi district continues to promote administrative reform and application of information technology in handling administrative procedures; improve the spirit and sense of responsibility of commune officials and civil servants; effectively implement Directive No.05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; and step up the implementation of the "Smart mass mobilisation” emulation movement associated with firmly grasping local people’s situation, promptly handling their recommendations and proposals./.
