Service Centre.
The steering committee for "smart mobilisation” movement has
issued a plan on building the "people-friendly administration” model in the
locality, aiming at forming a transparent and effective administration,
improving the effectiveness and efficiency of State management, building a
friendly government and creating favourable conditions for people and
businesses. It also addresses shortcomings in the handling of administrative
procedures related to agencies, organisations and individuals.
Three units were chosen to pilot the model, which are the
provincial Public Administration Service Centre and the one-stop-shop sections
of Kim Boi district People's Committee and Phuong Lam Ward (Hoa Binh City)’s
People's Committee. Up to now, the model has been launched in eight out of 10
districts and cities. Particularly, the two districts of Lac Son and Tan Lac
have implemented the model since 2022.
Speaking at the launch of the "people-friendly
administration” model at the provincial level, leaders of the provincial Party
Committee's Commission for Mass Mobilisation suggested that the provincial
People’s Committee continue to pay due attention to expanding the model across
the locality to promote its effectiveness.
The implementation of the model needs to be closely linked with
the realisation of socio-economic development targets, ensuring defence and
security and taking care of local people's lives as well as the implementation
of key tasks in site clearance and new-style rural building work, they said,
adding that people's satisfaction should be viewed as a tool to measure of the
effectiveness of the operation and administration of governments at all
levels/.
