A festival of great national solidarity was held at Residential Area No. 3 in Chi Ne town, Lac Thuy district, on November 7.

The residential area has effectively implemented the campaign "All people unite to build new-style rural areas and civilised urban areas”. Locals have also assisted one another in economic development and poverty reduction. The area’s annual per capita income is estimated at 64 million VND.
In his remarks, Hinh praised achievements by local authorities and residents, and expressed his hope that they will optimise advantages to boost sectors, raise income and living standards of people, and step up sustainable poverty reduction.
Eleven collectives, 10 individuals and 43 households in the residential area were honoured for their outstanding performance on this occasion.
The management board of the province’s "Fund for the poor” also presented 40 million VND to help the residential area build a house of great national solidarity.
Lac Thuy district granted 12 packages of gifts to disadvantaged local households.

March 3 marked the first official working day for specialised agencies under the provincial People's Committee following the merger or transfer of functions and tasks from the previous agencies. On this day, the newly merged departments and agencies took proactive steps to arrange personnel, organise workflows, and implement tasks efficiently, ensuring that administrative procedures were carried out smoothly without interruption.
