In the morning of November 14th, Hoa Binh Pedagogical College held the opening ceremony of the 2023 - 2024 school year and celebrated the 41st anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2023). There was the attendance of Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, the alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Van Chuong, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

This school year, Hoa Binh Pedagogical College welcomes 310 new students of Preschool Education College, course 34; 74 intermediate students of Applied Informatics and Tour Guides. Currently, there are more than 2,000 students studying in the college. 

Along with the formal training, the college has linked with pedagogical universities to train and raise the standards for the management staff, the teachers at all levels and 10 affiliated university classes with 709 students of the training sectors. 

The practical education facilities under the school have been maintaining their scale and quantity, gradually affirming the prestige and position with parents and the management agencies at all levels and society... 

With the achieved results, the college and its organizations have been awarded many noble awards by all levels and branches. 

In the school year of 2023 - 2024, Hoa Binh Pedagogical College continues implementing the basic and comprehensive innovation to improve training quality according to the social needs; improving the quality and efficiency of scientific research; Innovating the training programs, teaching methods, testing and assessment methods towards approaching the learners’ capacity...

Making a speech at the Opening Ceremony of the shoool year, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee has praised and expressed gratitude for the achievements that the generations of college teachers have achieved over the years. At the same time, it is hoped that in the teachers will continue innovating their thinking and actions continuously to improve the quality and innovate the quality of training associated with the needs of the labor market the coming time; continuing to innovate in the direction of autonomy, professionalism and modernity, creativity in ways of working and autonomy in new conditions and situations; Comprehensively developing the capacity and qualities of learners, taking students as the center; Paying attention to administrators and lecturers, promoting good examples of teachers for the students to follow. 

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that parents will continue joining hands with the college to educate and foster the character of their children. It is believed that students will actively participate in the activirties of the Youth Communist Union and volunteering movements, constantly improving their studies, especially foreign languages and social knowledge to later contribute to their homeland and country. It is recommended that the Party Committees, the authorities, the departments and branches at all levels continue paying more attention to the Education sector, having mechanisms, policies and investment in infrastructure and teaching equipment, especially taking good care of the lives of teachers in the province in general and Hoa Binh Pedagogical College in particular.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, and the People's Committee awarded 20 scholarships to the college’s students who have made great efforts in their studies; Hoa Binh City Red Cross awarded 10 scholarships to the students having difficult circumstances.
