The Party Organisation of Lac Son district’s Yen Nghiep commune maintained its status as a pure and strong unit for three consecutive years since 2020. Programmes and resolutions implementing the Resolution adopted by communal Party Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure have been put in place.
A number of residents in Yen Nghiep
commune are working for private garment facilities in the locality with stable
income.
The Party Organisation and local residents have
completed 12 out of the 15 set targets, notably their budget collection
surpassing the plan by 52%.
The remainders are per capita income, health
insurance and land clearance for the road from Mu Ma hamlet to Luc 1 hamlet. To
achieve the last one, the Party Committee and authorities have encouraged
locals to donate land to the construction.
Apart from building a pure and strong political
system, the Party Organisation has paid attention to improving the leadership
and management capacity of all-level Party Committees and authorities to
optimise potential, advantages and resources to spur sustainable economic
growth.
At the same time, it has instructed combining
agro-forestry production with product purchase, processing and consumption,
while promoting such crafts as carpentry and brocade weaving as well as
transportation and trade services.
The locality now counts 175 private production
and business facilities, and its per capita income is estimated at 54 million
VND (2,239 USD) this year.
Under the Party leadership, a facelift has been
created for rural areas and locals’ living standards improved. Progress has
also been made in education-training, health care, national defence-security,
and social order and safety.
Secretary of the communal Party Committee Bui
Cong Thanh said from now to the end of the tenure, the Party Organisation and
locals will carry forward the achievements, step up reforms comprehensively and
improve the Party’s leadership and combat capacity.
After three years of implementing the Politburo’s Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW on continuing performing Directive 05-CT/TW on enhancing the learning and studying of President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, moral example and lifestyle, Lac Thuy district of Hoa Binh province has discovered many effective models and practices, creating a spillover effect in the local community, helping to develop a clean and strong Party Organisation meeting the requirements in the new situation.
