The Party Organisation of Lac Son district’s Yen Nghiep commune maintained its status as a pure and strong unit for three consecutive years since 2020. Programmes and resolutions implementing the Resolution adopted by communal Party Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure have been put in place.

A number of residents in Yen Nghiep commune are working for private garment facilities in the locality with stable income.

The Party Organisation and local residents have completed 12 out of the 15 set targets, notably their budget collection surpassing the plan by 52%.

The remainders are per capita income, health insurance and land clearance for the road from Mu Ma hamlet to Luc 1 hamlet. To achieve the last one, the Party Committee and authorities have encouraged locals to donate land to the construction.

Apart from building a pure and strong political system, the Party Organisation has paid attention to improving the leadership and management capacity of all-level Party Committees and authorities to optimise potential, advantages and resources to spur sustainable economic growth.

At the same time, it has instructed combining agro-forestry production with product purchase, processing and consumption, while promoting such crafts as carpentry and brocade weaving as well as transportation and trade services.

The locality now counts 175 private production and business facilities, and its per capita income is estimated at 54 million VND (2,239 USD) this year.

Under the Party leadership, a facelift has been created for rural areas and locals’ living standards improved. Progress has also been made in education-training, health care, national defence-security, and social order and safety.

Secretary of the communal Party Committee Bui Cong Thanh said from now to the end of the tenure, the Party Organisation and locals will carry forward the achievements, step up reforms comprehensively and improve the Party’s leadership and combat capacity.
