Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Bui Van Khanh has chaired a dialogue to discuss measures for addressing difficulties and obstacles in real estate investment and business activities in the locality.

Khanh said the production and business activities in the locality have faced many difficulties due to domestic and international economic fluctuations.

The local real estate sector's negative growth has greatly affected businesses’ production and activities and the State budget revenue, he noted.

Representatives from the provincial People's Committee, relevant departments and sectors and businesses, and investors have discussed ways to remove difficulties and obstacles related to construction planning, site clearance, land allocation, land price, and administrative procedure.

According to Khanh,the dialogue took place in a spirit of frankness and cooperation. He assigned the provincial Department of Construction to review construction plans to address difficulties for businesses.

Regarding a number of projects with problems related to land and construction planning, he asked it to promptly solve problems facing businesses, andto consult the experiences and measures of other localities on removing difficulties and obstacles in the real estate market, thus coming up with solutions to resume the local real estate market.

He assigned the provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment to complete the land use planning, review and consider the demand of businesses to adjust land allocation for projects.

The official also asked authorities of Hoa Binh city and districts to prioritise budget resources for zoning and construction planning, and focus on site clearance work to speed up the construction of projects.
