The delegation has paid attention to law
building with such activities of feedback collection. Last year, it collected
opinions on five draft laws, and together with relevant agencies and experts,
gave feedback on 15 bills submitted to the 15th National Assembly’s fifth session,
and 17 others to the sixth.
In the year, it also participated in three
online conferences, organised 16 supervisions, and conducted two thematic
supervisions at the provincial People’s Committee and Hoa Binh city and
districts.
At the fifth and sixth sittings of the 15th
legislature, the deputies raised 27 opinions during group discussions and seven
others at plenary sessions, and gave written opinions to other documents sent
to NA meetings. The delegation coordinated with the Standing
Board of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Hoa Binh in organising
meetings with voters before and after the fifth and sixth sessions in 13 sites.
Citizen reception and the settlement of
petitions and complaints were also conducted effectively. Besides, the delegation
participated in charity activities in localities. The delegation will uphold the sense of
responsibility, play a more active role in the activities of the NA and the
province, and improve operational quality in the time ahead, said its deputy
head Dang Bich Ngoc.

March 3 marked the first official working day for specialised agencies under the provincial People's Committee following the merger or transfer of functions and tasks from the previous agencies. On this day, the newly merged departments and agencies took proactive steps to arrange personnel, organise workflows, and implement tasks efficiently, ensuring that administrative procedures were carried out smoothly without interruption.
