Participants discussed and reached agreement on some aspects related to the organisation of celebration activities; a draft plan on the organisation of the 10th Hoa Binh amateur musical festival of the armed forces, youth, and students; along with a draft organisation plan for the emulation congress of the local armed forces for the 2019 - 2024 period scheduled to take place in October 2024.

These are highly important activities aiming to educate the public on revolutionary traditions and also highlight the particularly significant role of the Vietnam People’s Army and the great sacrifice by generations of officers and soldiers in the struggles for national liberation, construction, and defence. Therefore, it is necessary to step up widespread communications in various forms and with diverse contents, participants said.

The provincial Military Command needs to coordinate closely with relevant agencies to carry out the plans, he added.
