In response to the Ministry of Public Security’s movement titled 'For the Homeland Security', since 2012, Bui Van Tuan, head of the Bao Hieu Commune Police, Yen Thuy district, has provided recommendations to different levels of leaders regarding the implementation of security and order tasks, peak periods of crime crackdown, and the quality enhancement of drafting and reviewing documents.

In 2021 and 2022, Tuan provided recommendations serving the issuance of 30 reports, 14 plans, and six directives on security and order tasks at the district level. He also participated in developing and implementing plans, assigning forces to ensure absolute safety for political, cultural, and social events, as well as the safety of activities of Party and State leaders, and international delegations passing through and working in the district. His recommendations also contributed to directing and implementing the arrest and handling of many cases and individuals related to gambling, loan sharking and drugs, safeguarding the local political security and social order.

Bui Duc Hao, deputy head of the Yen Thuy District Police, said Tuan is a role model in learning and following the ideology, morality, and lifestyle of the late President Ho Chi Minh. He dares to think, dares to do, dares to take responsibility, and courageously fights against corruption and negativity. He is an outstanding figure and a typical example in emulation movements initiated by various levels and sectors.

Since being assigned to work in the commune, Tuan and the local police actively provided recommendations to the commune’s party committee and authorities to run the "All People Protecting the Homeland Security” movement. In June, they will introduce a model ensuring security and order in the area.

With his contributions and achievements, Tuan is a shining example in the emulation movement of learning and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle within the district./.
