On the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the National Day (September 2, 1945 - 2024), a delegation of Hoa Binh officials led by Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, offered incense at the monument to late President Ho Chi Minh at the Hoa Binh hydropower plant on August 30.

The ceremony was also attended by Bui Duc Hinh, Standing Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council; Bui Van Khanh, Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; members of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board; officials of the provincial People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; along with representatives of departments, sectors, Hoa Binh city, and the Hoa Binh hydropower company.
The delegation laid a wreath with a banner reading "Forever grateful to great President Ho Chi Minh”, offered incense, and observed a minute of silence in commemoration of the late leader – a hero of national liberation and a great man of culture. They expressed boundless gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh, who founded and trained the Party, and devoted his entire life to the struggle for the independence and freedom of Vietnam.
Local leaders reported the outstanding results and achievements the province has obtained recently to the President, pledging that the Party organisation, administration, and people of all ethnic groups in Hoa Binh will maintain solidarity and unanimity, address every difficulty, and exert all-out efforts to excellently fulfill socio-economic development tasks to build the province increasingly rich, beautiful, and civilised.
The 17th-tenure People’s Council of Hoa Binh province, for the 2021-2026 term, convened its 24th session on January 7, during which Bui Duc Hinh was elected Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee for the tenure.
