In addition to disseminating and encouraging outstanding collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example, Party committees at all levels have focused on self-criticism and criticism, tackling pressing issues and combating distorted information from hostile and reactionary forces, thereby preventing the formation of hotspots of social disorder in the locality.
Many effective models have been applied in practice and multiplied such as "Building a clean and strong grassroots Party organisation," "Civil servants promoting workplace culture," "Surveillance cameras for security and traffic monitoring," "Happy family clubs," and "Accompanying children to school."
With specific and practical actions in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's example, localities and organisations have addressed pressing and complex issues of public concern in a timely manner, creating positive changes across many fields.
