Thanks to the unwavering support of Party committees and local authorities in recent years, women have increasingly asserted their roles and made significant contributions to local socio-economic development. Currently, 56 out of the 316 female cadres are under the management of the provincial Party Committee’s standing board, or 17.7%. Additionally, eight out of the 49 members of the provincial Party Committee are women, representing 16.3%, with one serving as a National Assembly deputy. Female leaders and managers have always demonstrated strong political mettle, creativity, and resilience to fulfill their assigned tasks.

Speaking at the event, Hinh praised the efforts and achievements of local women. He affirmed that alongside the progress of women nationwide, Hoa Binh women, especially female leaders and managers at all levels, have upheld their fine tradition, continuously innovated and strived for excellence. Their contributions have been instrumental in the province's renewal and development, reflecting both their dedication and the strong support from Party committees and local authorities.

Hinh wished that women would continue to set exemplary standards in both their personal and professional lives, and staying strong and confident. He called on them to actively play a leading and pioneering role, inspiring and motivating other women to learn, grow, and succeed.
