The provincial Women's Union on October 16 held a meeting with female members of the standing board and provincial Party Committee for the 17th tenure, and female leaders from local departments and mass organisations, on the occasion of the 94th founding anniversary of the Vietnam Women's Union and Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20). Attending the event were Permanent Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Council Bui Duc Hinh, Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Bui Van Khanh, and others.

Thanks to the unwavering support of Party committees and local authorities in
recent years, women have increasingly asserted their roles and made significant
contributions to local socio-economic development. Currently, 56 out of the 316
female cadres are under the management of the provincial Party Committee’s
standing board, or 17.7%. Additionally, eight out of the 49 members of the
provincial Party Committee are women, representing 16.3%, with one serving as a
National Assembly deputy. Female leaders and managers have always demonstrated
strong political mettle, creativity, and resilience to fulfill their assigned
tasks.
Speaking at the event, Hinh praised the efforts and achievements of local
women. He
affirmed that alongside the progress of women nationwide, Hoa Binh women,
especially female leaders and managers at all levels, have upheld their fine
tradition, continuously innovated and strived for excellence. Their
contributions have been instrumental in the province's renewal and development,
reflecting both their dedication and the strong support from Party committees
and local authorities.
Hinh
wished that women would continue to set exemplary standards in both their
personal and professional lives, and staying strong and confident. He called on
them to actively play a leading and pioneering role, inspiring and motivating
other women to learn, grow, and succeed.
The 4th Congress of Ethnic Minority Groups of Hoa Binh province was successfully held on November 15 at the provincial Culture Centre.
In line with the Politburo’s Directive No. 05-CT/TW on promoting the study of and adherence to President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle, the Party Organisation of Kim Boi district has been focusing on developing practical models that align with the roles and realities of local agencies and communities involved. Through this initiative, numerous officials and Party members have emerged as exemplary figures, leading by example in learning from and following the late leader.
Hoa Binh province has paid due attention to developing Party membership in non-state enterprises, helping improve the role of the Party committees, organisations and members in the firms.
