(HBO) - In the first 8 months of 2019, 84 athletes of the province have participated in 15 regional and national sports competitions, competing for the province's key subjects such as: Cycling, Pencak Silat, Weightlifting, Athletics, Boxing, Karate and Taekwondo and have won a total of 43 medals (including 19 gold, 10 gold and 14 bronze medals). Two athletes competing in terrain cycling have been selected to join the national bicycle team of Vietnam to compete in the terrain cycling in the 30th SEA Games in 2019 in the Philippines.

At the XIV Northwestern Cultural, Sports and Tourism Festival held in Son La, our provincial sports delegation has won 20 medals, including 5 gold, 5 silver and 10 bronze medals and it is one of the teams with the best achievements.
