Especially, these are the folk games which are impossible to be lacked in the new spring days and the festivals of the year. Promoting the movement of the ethnic sports has increased the unity among the people, contributing to conserving and preserving the beauty of the traditional culture.

Quyet Chien Commune has been preserving the sports of the
ethnic minorities.
There are 366 households with 1,668 people living in 5
hamlets in Quyet Chien commune. In recent years, the movement of training
ethnic sports has always been concerned by the appropriate authorities and the

as crossbow shooting, tug of war, pushing stick have been formed for a long
time and associated with the daily life and activities of the local people and
they have attracted the people of all ages and classes to take part in

practicing to improve their health, exchange and share the technical
experience.
In order to create a useful playground to attract and
maintain people to participate in practicing, the hamlets often organize 1 - 2
fixed tournaments annually on the occasion of festivals, New Year and the great
national unity festival. Thereby, they have creating a joyful and exciting
atmosphere, attracting people to participate in physical training and sports. At
the same time, it is the opportunity to select typical athletes to be fostered
for the improvement of their qualifications and tactics. They also organize
regular exchanges of ethnic sports with the communes in the highland clusters
in order to rub and learn from each other and to preserve and promote the
values of the cultural identity. Every year, they maintain the supply of 3 - 5
excellent athletes attending the provincial competitions.
In the coming time, the commune will continue encouraging
people to strengthen physical training and sports, especially the ethnic
sports. Thereby, it helps both improve health, create a joyful atmosphere in
the community, and it also helps preserve the traditional cultural identity. It
is expected to get care, instructions and support from the State to teach basic
professional knowledge for athletes. It is also necessary to create a budget to
buy equipment needed for training. Thereby, the potentials and strengths of the
locality in the movement of developing ethnic sports have continuously been
built and strengthened.
Along with promoting the spirit of volunteerism and completing the core tasks of the Youth Communist Union and the youth movement, in recent years, the Youth Communist Union at all levels in the province has regularly organized the movement of physical exercise and sports attracting the participation of a large number of union members and young people. These activities help the union members and the young people raise their awareness of self-training, improving their health, and building a healthy lifestyle and they are also a solution to attract and gather the young people in many localities.
