Over the past time, the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee have issued the directives, resolutions, schemes and plans to develop the fields of culture, family, sports and tourism. Following the direction of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Provincial Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs have signed the coordination program No. 548, on August 28, 2018 on "Promoting the activities for culture, sports, tourism and families of the ethnic minorities in the province in the period of 2018 - 2022.” Thereby, it has been contributing to preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of the ethnic groups.
