(HBO) - From July 9-13, at the Indoor Athletics Palace (Hanoi Sports Training and Competition Center), Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports in collaboration with the Department of Physical Education and Sports (the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), Vietnam Taekwondo Federation organized the National Youth Taekwondo Championship – CJ.

There was the participation of more than 1,000 athletes
(athletes), coaches (coachs) from 45 units in provinces, cities and industries
across the country. The athletes competed in 4 youth male and female ages. In
which, the under-12 age group competed in 21 events (12 opposing content, 9
right content); ages 12-14 year-old competed in 31 events (22 opposing content,
9 right content); Age 15 - 17 year-old competed in 32 events (23 opposing
events, 9 right content), 18 - 20 year old competed in 30 events (21 opposing
events, 9 right events).
Participating in this tournament, there were the coach, Hoang Minh
Tuan from Hoa Binh delegation, 12 athletes from the Provincial Gifted School
for Training and Competition and 1 coach, 2 movement athletes. After 5 days of
exciting and fierce competition, our province's athletes won 3 bronze medals.
The specific achievements: the athlete Hoang Bao Han won 1 bronze medal in the
female individual opposing event for the age under 12 years old; the athlete
Pham Thi Luyen won a bronze medal in the female individual opposing event for
the age of 12-14; the athlete Bui Chien Thang won a bronze medal in the male
individual opposing event for the age of 15-17.

These events have become a cherished tradition among local ethnic communities, strengthening their solidarity and fostering their close bonds. At the Hoa Binh provincial sports arena, the Organizing Committee of the 8th Hoa Binh City Sports Festival 2025 held youth and championship crossbow shooting, tug of war, and stick pushing tournaments.
Enforcement Departments of 7 Provinces in the Northeastern and Mountainous Regions
On February 19th, at the Hoa Binh Province Sports Hall, the Cluster of Judicial Departments and Civil Judgment Enforcement Departments of 7 provinces in the Northeastern and Mountainous regions, including Hoa Binh, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Bac Kan, Yen Bai, Bac Giang and Phu Tho organized a friendly sports competition. A total of 52 athletes from the provinces in the cluster participated in the competition.
At 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 16th, at Hoa Binh Provincial Stadium, Hoa Binh Football Club (Hoa Binh FC) played against Long An Football Club (Long An FC) in round 9 of the National First Division Football Tournament - Bia Sao Vang, 2024 - 2025. The dramatic match ended in a 0-0 draw when no goals were scored.
