The first Expanded Youth Table Tennis Tournament of Hoa Binh Province in 2024 has recently occurred at the Provincial Sports Stadium. The tournament featured nearly 200 athletes from various table tennis clubs inside and outside the province. This sports event aims to promote the campaign "All people do exercises following the example of Great Uncle Ho” and it gradually helps develop the table tennis training movement among teenagers and children in Hoa Binh Province and neighboring provinces.

The
tournament was divided into 5 age groups: 7 - 10 years old, 12 - 13 years old,
14 - 15 years old, and 16 - 18 years old; competing in the categories of male
team, female team, male singles, and female singles.
After 2
days of the exciting competition, the players delivered the thrilling and
captivating matches, showcasing the great sportsmanship. The organizing
committee has awarded 20 gold medals, 21 silver medals, and 35 bronze medals to
the athletes with outstanding achievements.
This is the
first time the tournament has been organized in the province to attract young
athletes who share a passion for table tennis, creating the opportunities for
them to interact, compete, and exercise. This event aims to boost the sports
movement in general and table tennis in particular.
Hoa Binh Football Club (Hoa Binh FC) has just organized a special friendly match, combined with a tour and cultural exploration in Mai Chau district. This activity aims to strengthen solidarity and exchange between the players and the community, and at the same time, it introduces the cultural beauty of Hoa Binh province.
Volleyball is a popular, easy-to-play, and easy-to-practice sport that not only helps improve health and spiritual life, and tighten solidarity in the community but also practically promotes the campaign "All people exercise their bodies following the great example of Uncle Ho”. With continuous improvements in both quantity and quality, Luong Son Karate Club is a bright spot in building and spreading the Karate training movement among young people and students in Luong Son district of Hoa Binh province.
The 32nd Traditional Marathon Tournament of Hoa Binh Newspaper Cup in 2024 has ended, but there are still good memories and impressions. Through 32 successfully organized seasons, the tradition, brand, quality, and appeal of the tournament have been affirmed.
Seventy anglers from Hoa Binh and other cities and provinces across the nation participated in a sport fishing tournament in Hoa Binh city on November 20. The event was held by the provincial People’s Committee in collaboration with the Vietnam Sport Fishing Association.
