(HBO) - The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a handover of the equipment to support the development of community tourism in the tourism site in the area of Hoa Binh lake for the six households providing homestay services in Sung hamlet, Cao Son commune and Mo Hem hamlet, Tien Phong commune.

The leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism are handing over the equipment to support the community tourism for homestay households in Sung hamlet, Cao Son commune (Da Bac).

Accordingly, 3 households doing homestay business in Sung village and 3 households doing homestay business in Mo Hem hamlet have been supported the following equipment: 20 sets of bed sheets, mosquito nets and pillows; 10 Song Hong mattresses; 10 blankets and cotton guts each. Particularly, 3 households doing homestay business in Sung village, Cao Son commune have been supported one more food freezer each. They have offered one set of loudspeaker and sound equipment, one set of ethnic musical instruments and one set of gongs for the traditional performance team in each hamlet so that they can use them to practice and perform to serve tourists, contributing to the conserving, preserving and promoting the traditional cultural identity of the nation.

With this practical support, it has partly helped the households doing homestay business and the art team at the community tourism sites gradually improve the conditions to serve tourism better. As a result, it has contributed to the development of the local community tourism as well as the tourism within Hoa Binh lake area.
