According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hoa Binh is one of the localities in the North to reopen and serve tourists the earliest from the end of September 2021. After 4 months of shutdown, the province has prepared and flexibly adapted to the development of Covid-19 epidemics to organize tourism activities. At the same time, they are ready to welcome international visitors when the Government allows. Lunar New Year is an opportunity to restart the activities to create the momentum for the development of the tourism sector after 2 difficult years because of the epidemics.

In order to "gain momentum” for a promising year of prosperity, the province's tourism sector has reviewed the accommodation facilities, requiring the quality assurance, and meeting the reqủiements of the epidemic prevention and control and the safety for tourists and employees. The tourism establishments must develop the scenarios and the solutions in case of F0 and take measures to coordinate with the appropriaet authorities to create the best conditions to welcome visitors. It is required the business premises strictly list the prices, sell at the listed prices, not increase prices and force the visitors. For the service packages announced in the stimulus program, the quality must be maintained as committed.

In order to gradually restore tourism activities in a new normal state, in 2022, the province's tourism sector will continue to focus on improving the quality of services, encouraging the businesses, the organizations and the tourism business households to build and supply new products. The localities, based on the level of Covid-19 epidemics, proactively plan to prevent and control the epidemics to welcome and serve visitors thoughtfully.
