The central province of Thua Thien-Hue has lit up the historic flag tower Ky Dai in the citadel built by the Nguyen Dynasty (1802-1945), since February.

These days, offices, all roads, and residential areas in Hoa Binh province are decorated with flags, flowers, banners, hoardings, and bright slogans to welcome National Day on September 2.
