(HBO) - In the province Currently there are 37 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects with a total registered capital of 608 million USD in the whole province. FDI enterprises mostly come from Korea, Japan... investing in the industrial zones in Luong Son and on the left bank of Da river and they are mainly operating in the fields of assembling electronic components and sewing. Over the past years, FDI enterprises have made important contributions to supplementing capital, transferring technology, promoting exports, developing human resources, and creating jobs for nearly 17,000 employees, who are mainly the local people with an average income of about 7.5 million VND a person every month.
