The second Executive Committee Board of Traditional Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Road, in the term of 2018 - 2023 was launched at the Congress.

Up to now, there have been 11/11 districts and cities which have organized Traditional Associations and Contact Boards. There are 151 members participating in Party work, government, mass organizations and people groups.

. The association has cooperated with all levels and branches to build and repair 20 houses of gratitude for members in difficulty. The total sum of supported value is 860 million VND. The Association has awarded 9 Vu A Dinh scholarships for the members’ children of good performance in studying; 293 gifts were presented for members in difficulty on holidays, New Year and special occasions. In addition, all levels of the Associations organized to visit the sick members, visiting and worshipping for members of the death, supporting poor members affected by natural disasters, storms and floods.

After discussing, the Congress approved the oriented directions, duties in the new term with a number of specific targets.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Chuong, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee praised the results achieved by the Association of Traditional Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Road in the last term. The vice chairman of the provincial People's Committee suggested that all levels of the Association should continue to follow the guidelines and policies of the Party, the Association's regulations to organize the Association more effectively, really represent legitimate interests and legality of the members.

The Congress also elected the Executive Committee Board of the second term, including 20 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Tai Ba was re-elected as the president. The Congress also elected two Vice Chairmen of the Association.
