HBO – State management agencies on social and cultural affairs have committed to emulating in 2019 during a recent conference.
Leaders of state
management agencies on social and cultural affairs signed the 2019 emulation
agreement.
In
2019, the agencies will focus on implementing six central tasks. They will continue
to popularise the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies and laws on
emulation and reward, step up communication work and applaud role models.
They
will also promote the role and responsibility of all-level Party committees and
authorities as well as heads and deputy heads of agencies, units and localities
in organising emulation movements from the provincial to the grassroots levels.
At
the same time, the agencies will provide consultations to the provincial Party
Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee in culture and social
affairs.
In Hoa Binh province, 11 traditional craft villages with more than 400 small-scaled production households have put in place a clean and green production model, establishing new standards for sustainable development. Waste collection sites and wastewater treatment facilities have been meticulously managed by local residents.
To make it easier for the residents to handle administrative procedures, Yen Bong Commune (Lac Thuy District) has identified the administrative reform as one of its key tasks. By implementing a range of synchronized solutions, the commune has seen the positive changes in the administrative reform, meeting the needs of its people.
