Agricultural and food products of Lac Son district attract attention of consumers at Hoa Binh’s products week, creating opportunities for product consumption and collaboration.
One highlight was the week to introduce Hoa Binh province’s products in 2024 which was held in Hanoi from November 28 to December 1 as part of the "Proud of Vietnamese Agricultural Products” programme.
With over 20 booths and more than 100 specialty products, Hoa Binh showcased renowned farm produce such as Cao Phong oranges, Tan Lac pomelos, and Trung Khe rice, among others. The event also attracted over 150 businesses from 32 provinces and cities, displaying 1,500 regional specialties and opening new trade opportunities.
Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, Director of the province’s Centre for Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion, emphasised the programme’s role in expanding market reach, strengthening brand identity, and supporting the campaign to encourage Vietnamese people to use Vietnamese goods.
Besides Hanoi, Hoa Binh province also hosted regional fairs to promote trade and tourism, including events in Lac Son, Mai Chau and Yen Thuy districts. These efforts, organised under the provincial People's Committee's direction, fostered economic, political, and social benefits, increasing the province's appeal as a trade and tourism destination.

Local authorities and businesses are working together to organise diverse promotional activities and ensure sufficient, high-quality goods for the Lunar New Year (Tet) Festival.
