(HBO) - According to the provincial Tax Department, in March, budget revenue in the province was estimated at 258 billion VND (11 million USD), bringing the total state budget collections in the first three months of the year to 775.7 billion VND, accounting for 15.8% of the amount assigned by the central government and 11.2% of the target set by the provincial People's Council.

The provincial Tax Department has implemented many
solutions to ensure state budget revenue in 2023.
Land
use levy collection in the first three months was estimated at 70.2 billion
VND, reaching 3.5% of the Government’s target, and 2% of the provincial
People's Council estimate.
Tax
and fee collection (except for land use fees) was estimated at 705.5 billion
VND, reaching 24.2% of the Government’s target and 20.8% of the provincial
People's Council estimate, equivalent to 106.3 % of the figure of same period
last year.
In
the coming time, the provincial Tax Department will continue to effectively
implement the direction of the Government and the provincial People's Council
and People's Committee on implementing socio-economic development tasks and the
State budget estimate in 2023; the main tasks and solutions to improve the
business environment and improve the competitiveness of the province in 2023.
The department will also
synchronously deploy solutions to enhance revenue source management and prevent
loss of budget revenue./.
According to data from the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee, the industrial production index for the first six months of 2025 is estimated to have increased by 20% compared to the same period last year. This marks the highest year-on-year growth rate for this period since 2020.
In the first six months of 2025, Hoa Binh province’s export turnover was estimated at 1.145 billion USD, marking an 18.11% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Import turnover was estimated at $ 804 million, a 17.15% increase, which helped the province maintain a positive trade balance.
