Born in a farming family with 6 brothers and sisters, because of his poor living conditions, when he finished secondary school, he had to quit school and help his parents at home. However, his family economy did not improve much when they only focused on farming 2 annual harvests. When he was 17 years old, he was introduced to be hired at an incubator in Ha Tay (Ha Noi). While doing, he learnt the breeding experience, then, in 2008, he came back to his hometown and started raising small chickens in the garden. With a little sum of money in 2 years from his savings and loans, Hue travelled to Thanh Hoa for gaining experience of incubating and breeding eggs at the same time. In the first year, he incubated about 300-500 eggs, then, when he realized that the price of garden small chickens was high with well resistant and suitable local environment, he rose the number of chickens to 1000-2000 chickens/ farrow.

With the encouragement from his family and his determination, together with his experiences after each failure, he decided to rebuild his family economy with incubators. In 2010, Hue borrowed 20 million VND, with his money from selling his motorbike, he bought new incubating machines, repaired cages, implemented to incubate and raise at his home, gradually expanded the raising sizes. Seeing that Bui Van Hien’s model is really effective, the residents in the commune and village found him to buy the breeding stocks. He gave careful instructions of flu treating and disease protection for chickens to all buyers so that they relied and bought. When he got the interest, he invested in machines, expanding breeding farms. By 2015, Hue had 4 incubators, created usual jobs for 3 labors with income of 3,5 million VND/ month. At present, the breeding area is divided into 3 areas with 2,5 ha, supplying about 4,000 chickens, 120,000 breeding chickens for the market every year.

Bui Van Hue added more: Many technical training courses led by lecturers in the district have used my farm as a visiting and practice model, therefore, it is well known, especially to famous consumers. The market is then expanded, my customers are not only in this province but also in other provinces, such as Nghe An, Thanh Hoa. At present, my business operates stably with net income of 50-60 million VND/ month. The total income of my family gained from 600 – 700 million VND/ year.

Besides developing economy, Bui Van Hue actively participates the Youth and Union.
