The Labour Federation of Hoa Binh city has actively worked to protect the rights and welfare of nearly 8,000 local workers and union members at 152 grassroots unions. Through regular dialogues, education campaigns, and welfare programmes, the federation has helped foster stable, progressive labour relations.

In response to the Workers’ Month 2025, Pacific Co., Ltd. in Thong Nhat ward has seen a vibrant emulative atmosphere in production as it continues to employ 250 workers in food processing for export. The company, supported by its trade union, is expanding operations and improving amenities for wokers such as dormitories and cafeterias.

In 2024, 100% of public agencies held mandated staff conferences, while over 95% of businesses conducted workplace dialogues. Emulation campaigns like "Skilled and Creative Labourers” have generated over 400 practical innovations by union members.

In early 2025, the federation partnered with MEDLATEC to provide free health checkups and promoted subsidised "Postal Welfare Insurance.” During the Lunar New Year (Tet) Festival, 585 gift packages worth 182 million VND (more than 7,000 USD) were distributed to struggling workers.

Chairwoman of the municipal Labour Union Nguyen Thi Thanh Hai emphasised the union’s commitment to upholding workers’ rights. Looking ahead, the federation will continue mobilising support for disadvantaged members, hosting cultural and sports events, and driving productivity through emulation movements to welcome major celebrations of the country and carry out the Party's directives.
