(HBO) - To implement the criterion No. 6 on cultural facilities in New Rural Area construction, the stadium project of Hop Hoa commune (Luong Son) is considered as an important item that should quickly clear the ground for construction. In order to facilitate the work of clearance, the local government and the propaganda team in Dong Y village regularly propagandize and explain to the local people about their benefits. In addition, they mobilize the households in the commune (except the policy households) to contribute 350 million VND to assist families in donating land. Thanks to the good implementation of "good communication", the households agreed to help the commune build the stadium to put into use.
The stadium construction of Hop Hoa Commune
(Luong Son) was built thanks to the agreement of land donation of Dong Y
villagers.
Up to now, Hoa Hop commune has met 14/19
criteria for New Rural Area construction. Thanks to good implementation of
public relations, the officials and the local people could raise awareness,
promote the role of each individual contributing to each part of the
implementation of the commune. Typically, 55 households in Trai Hoa hamlet
donated more than 6,400 square meters of agricultural land to build roads,
preliminary houses, composting houses, water tanks ... for the organic
vegetable production model with a total area of 8 hectares. Since 2011, the
local people in the commune have contributed more than 25,000 m2 of
agricultural land (worth 2.5 billion VND), contributing over 16,700 working
days (worth over 1.1 billion VND) and over 26 billion VND to build and repair
works and houses. The contributions from local people account for 39% of New
rural area construction resources. It is expected that by 2018, the commune
will complete the remaining criteria and finish the target of New rural area
construction.
One of the factors contributing to the
success of this project is the development and effective implementation of the
model of "Good propaganda" in all fields. Mr. Hoang Van Trung, the
Vice Deputy Secretary of Hop Hoa Commune Party Committee said: "The models
given by the commune are in line with the conditions of each location and each
specific object. The whole commune has 43 models, including 15 economic models;
5 models of Military Defense- Security; 12 models of building political system
and 11 models of culture - society. In particular, the Communist Party of the
commune determined that the propaganda group model of the villages and hamlets
is the most typical in the field of building the political system, which is the
foundation of the " Good propaganda" movement, contributing to
effective implementation the local tasks and maintaining the operations of
those models. "
