(HBO) – As many as 86.48 percent of students from Hoa Binh province sitting the national high school examination in late June of this academic year are eligible for graduation.
About 88.4 percent of students from high schools passed
the exam while the graduation rate of test-takers from the continuing education system is 75.74 percent, and that of free candidates
is 28.57 percent.
The overall average score in 2019 was 4.71, higher than
that of last year – 4.37.
This year, the national high school examination took
place on June 24 – 27. Hoa Binh had 37 exam locations and 393 exam venues. About 8,993 students from the province registered for the
exam, including 7,679 from high schools, 1,040 from continuing
education centres and 274 free candidates./.

Following President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings that emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation, the trade union at all levels in Hoa Binh has effectively implemented patriotism emulation movements, especially the "effective, creative working” movement. Responding to the movement, local workers, public servants, and officials have proposed many creative and applicable ideas, helping spread the movement to all agencies, units, and businesses.
