(HBO) – The Party Committee and leaders of Lac Son district’s police have been ordered to well perform the mass mobilisation work to win the support, coordination and active involvement of local residents in ensuring security and social order, said Colonel Bui Van Ha, head of the Lac Son police. After being presented with a breeding cow by the fund "joining hands for community life" of the district police, Bui Van Di’s family has got a stable livelihood, thus gradually getting out of poverty.

Di's family is one of many disadvantaged
households in Lac Son district, who have been supported by the police force. Colonel Ha said the Party Committee and leaders
of the district police have thoroughlygrasped the ideology, viewpoints
and policies of the Party, State and the Ministry of Public Security on the
mass mobilisation work in the new situation, and always attached great
importance to and paid special attention to the work, thereby contributing to
helping the police force complete the tasks of ensuring political security and
maintaining social order and safety.
In recent years, locals have always promptly
provided valuable information for the police force, helping them quickly
investigate and uncover many serious crimes in the district.
Colonel Ha said each police officer is always
aware of his responsibilities and duties, keeps close ties with the people, and
respects and listens to the people's opinions, thus building and reinforcing thepeople's
security posture, and further promoting the movement "All people protecting
national security”.
The Lac Son police have so far maintained eight
"skillful mass mobilisation” models, which have proven effective and practical. Every year, the force organises charity events
to help many families and people with difficult circumstances, contributing to
the close bond between local residents and the police force. Many self-governing models have been replicated
and maintained effectively, Ha added.
According to Ha, in addition to performing their
duties, Lac Son police also join people in specific and practical activities
such as planting and harvesting rice; helping people build houses, repair
roads, and dredge canals; among others./.
In recent years, under the leadership of the provincial Party Committee and People’s Council, and through the concerted efforts of local Party organisations, authorities, and ethnic communities, Hoa Binh province has achieved significant progress in implementing ethnic affairs and policies.
