At the job exchanges, the employees were advised on the preferential regimes, the vocational training support, the preferential loan policies for the people going to work abroad in the areas of ethnic minorities, and career orientation for the employees. In particular, they also introduced jobs for the people who have completed their prison sentences and the people who have reintegrated into the community after drug rehabilitation. The businesses and employers contacted and directly interviewed the employees so that they could find the jobs suitable to their conditions, abilities and aspirations; Consulting and answering the questions and concerns of the young people about vocational training programs of vocational training establishments in the district and province, and the needs of the recruitment units.

Thereby, it has gradually been improving the quality of the human resources and creating jobs for employees in the district. In 2023, 18 businesses were introduced to recruit employees to work abroad under contracts in the markets of Japan, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, and Russia. Through the job exchanges, the local authorities and the mass organizations have grasped the needs and aspirations of the employees, which help clearly identify the information about labor supply and demand in the area, and contribute to the plan to create jobs in the following years. In the coming time, the district will continue to propagate and equip necessary knowledge about vocational training and employment for employees wishing to find jobs.
