(HBO) – A youth union delegation of Hoa Binh newspaper, Hoa Binh city police, Hoa Binh general hospital and provincial board of ethnic affairs visited and presented gifts worth 300,000 VND to 25 patients who are receiving dialysis at the general hospital of Hoa Binh city on September 19.

Of the recipients, 20 were patients in the May 29 medical incident at the
provincial general hospital. The 20 patients were then transferred to
Hanoi kidney hospital for
treatment. After three months of treatment in
Hanoion September 11, they were transferred to the general
hospital of
Hoa Binhcity. The five remaining recipients are patients in difficult circumstances.
The meaningful activity of the Youth Union of the four units reflects the
affection of the youth, contributing to assisting, encouraging and sharing the
patients so as to help them overcome difficulties, and thereby calling on the
community to continue giving a hand to patients.
Previously, only 20 patients received dialysis treatment at the general
hospital of
Hoa Binh city. After the May 29 medical
incident at the provincial general hospital, the city hospital’s kidney unit
was expanded, and currently provides service for 138 patients. Every day, the
hospital treats 70 patients. Among the patients, many are in difficult
circumstances./.
In late March, 29 labourers from Da Bac district were sent to work as seasonal farm workers in Buyeo county, Chungcheongnam province, the Republic of Korea (RoK).
