In the women's championship race, a familiar runner shined, the athlete Nguyen Thi Tham (Luong Son). Having competed many times at the traditional Marathon Tournament of Hoa Binh Newspaper Cup, it was not until this season that she was able to stand on the highest podium to receive the gold medal.
The highlight of the young women's race was the sprint to the finish the line of a promising runner, competing in the tournament for the first time, the athlete Xa Thi Phuong Linh (Da Bac). Leading the race, reaching the finish line in the enthusiastic cheers from a large audience, the athlete Xa Anh Tuan (Muong Chieng High School - Da Bac) won the gold medal in the male student and Bui Minh Hieu (Lac Son) won the first prize in the young men's category. In particular, this is the third consecutive tournament that Lac Son district has maintained the first place for the entire group.
