In 2018, over 1,100 grassroots unions in the province organized cultural and sports activities, reaching 88%. They are interested in building and upgrading sports fields. Since then, the movement of physical training and exercise among workers, employees has spread widely.
Cultural and sports activities associated with anniversaries, holidays, Labor International 1/5 and Months of workers organized by all union levels attracting a large number of workers and employees. In 2018, the provincial Labor Federation organized over 650 sports festivals, with the participation of nearly 36,000 turns of employees and workers. In 2019, Luong Son Industrial Zone held a sports and cultural festival with the participation of more than 900 athletes from 14 units in Luong Son Industrial Zone...
Most businesses have a sports playground for workers. The whole province has more than 2,000 badminton courts, volleyball, football ... to serve the needs of practicing sports of workers. The interest and development of the sports movement of workers has contributed to promoting the movement of sports practice in the community.
