(HBO) - In Suoi Reo hamlet, Vinh Tien commune, Kim Boi Youth Communist Union has just held the 2019 the Volleyball championship on the occasion of the Youth Festival in Dao village.

Nearly 100 athletes coming from 7 communes where Dao ethnic people are living participated in the championship. They include Binh Son, Du Sang, Tu Son, Hung Tien, Vinh Tien, Bac Son. Besides, the Executive Board of the Youth Communist Union of Kim Boi District also took part in the championship. At the festival, the teams were divided into 2 groups competing in the round, the best two teams would be selected for the semi-finals. The final results are as follows: the first prize was awarded to the team of Tu Son commune, the second prize was awarded to the team of Nat Son commune, the third prize was awarded to the team of Bac Son commune and the consolation prize was awarded to Executive Board of the district’s Youth Communist Union.

On this occasion, the Youth Communist Union of Kim Boi District also gave gifts to prestigious people and students having difficult circumstances in Suoi Reo hamlet.

This is a festival expressing the spirit of the great solidarity, the solidarity among the ethnic people, especially Dao people living in Kim Boi district. Thereby, it helps to improve the physical condition, consolidate and build and promote the movement of sports among young the people.
