(HBO) - Aerobics is a moving sport combining the exciting music with the flexible and rhythmic movements of arms and legs.

The self-choosing exercise for 8 people with the beautiful and even movements of Lac Long Quan High School (Hoa Binh City).

Currently, this sport is gradually being popular among the students in the province. The Aerobic Competition of the 8th Provincial Highschool Youth Festival, held in 2019, has gathered over 200 athletes from 13 units. They include 6 Departments of Education and Training from the districts and city; 2 boarding schools for ethnic minorities and 5 high schools and it has really been a playground for the students to interact, to compete and to improve their health and exercise both mental and physical strength.

It must be said that this is a sport of mind and force, because Aerobic requires the spirit of the collective cohesion and the ability to feel music to make the beautiful and even movements. Besides, being flexible with the movements of the feet and balancing need health to perform the towering movements of 2-3 towers ...

The Aerobic Competition of the 8th Provincial Highschool Youth Festival in Hoa Binh in 2019, they have divided into grades: Grades 1 – 3, Grades 4 – 5, junior high school and high school. The competitors have competed in 3 fixed contents, the self-selected content for 3 people, the self-selected content for 8 people. At each grade level, the difficulty requirements of the movements are different. For high school teams, the difficulty level is improved to meet the requirements of the test.

The movements are even, beautiful, flexible, definitive, and the performance styles are playful and lively, which has left many unforgettable impressions for the board of examiners as well as the audience at the tournament.

Mr. Dinh Ngoc Hung, a member of the Organizing Committee, says: "This competition, all of the teams have carefully prepared and invested from the costumes to the quality of each exam content. Many difficult movements require ingenuity, flexibility and accurate calculation. With the best efforts for the competition, the tournament has been lively and successful. This is a healthy and rewarding playground for children to train their health and create an exciting atmosphere in learning. Through the tournament, the Organizing Committee has selected the excellent athletes to compete in the 9th National Highschool Youth Festival in 2020”.
