(HBO) - Recently, a lot of people in Hoa Binh city have been participating in the outdoor physical training and sports. Everyone is freely practicing on the spacious and airy campus, and more importantly they do have to pay any fee.

At the gym of no coins, the lively atmosphere is always standing by the sound of the concert music and the happy laughter of the people.

From the end of 2016, at Green Coffee - the center of entertainment, the River Bank sports has installed sports equipment and tools for the people in Hoa Binh city for free. The installation of the sports equipment and tools helps to make life healthier. The people have actively been training their health, promoting the movement of physical training in the city.

Anyone coming across the end of the Da Giang dike road, the River Park sports and entertainment center (Phuong Lam ward) is also attracted by the lively and bustling atmosphere here. The peaceful and airy space right next to the Da River, watching the blue water and enjoying the fresh outdoor atmosphere, a space full of green is the ideal destination for everyone's exercise. This playground attracts people of all ages.

Currently, the playground is installed with about 10 different types of equipment and sports equipment such as cycling, shaking hip, back, abdomen, waist rotation, hand-shake, shoulder-arm, double-beam, aerial walkers, whole body ... The exercise tools with diverse functions, specific to each muscle group or every part of the body. Depending on the needs to develop or slim each part, each person chooses for themselves the appropriate tools to practice.

Creating a training space, installing equipment and sports equipment for free for the local people is practical and meaningful work. This model not only contributes to beautify the urban landscape but also enhances the awareness of improving the health of the people. It also helps people have sound minds to study, work and produce more effectively. It helps accelerate the movement "All people unite to build cultural life” in the residential areas.

The industrialization and modernization of the country has improved the quality of life of the people. The model of outdoor physical training and exercise is gradually bringing positive and healthy effects, which are responded by people.
