(HBO) - In the past, most people had a habit of practicing gym, yoga or simply walking, cycling, playing volleyball, badminton ... at outdoor gym or sports centers or at some private training facilities. Currently, due to the situation of Covid-19 epidemics, the people of Hoa Binh City have chosen a suitable form of sports practice, ensuring the strict implementation of the Prime Minister's instruction, that is practicing sports at home.

The students of Cong Nghiep High School (Hoa Binh City) are practicing Plank, the challenge of 7 days of continuous sports.

The provincial retirement nursing club has more than 400 official members and more than 1,000 followers from the communes and the wards in Hoa Binh City. Previously, the club members used to practice at a number of public practice spots, now they have practised online at home, through the Youtube channel of the club chairwwoman. As the person who has spent more than 20 years researching, exploring, teaching nursing for the elderly, Ms. Le Van, the coach, as well as the Chairwoman of the provincial retirement nursing club says: About 4-5 days ago, following the Prime Minister's Directive, I have suspended the club activities and encouraged people to practice online at home.

With an increasingly complex disease situation, home is the safest place for each person to prevent and control Covid-19 epidemics. The outstanding development of information technology helps most people actively choose the suitable sports to practice online at home.

In order to join hands to help students improve their health, develop comprehensively, in addition to teaching online on television, the Youth Communist Union of Cong Nghiep High School has launched a challenge of 7 days of continuous sports with the "Anti-virus, pushing Corona” message. The students have chosen a challenge that is suitable for them and it must be done continuously for 7 days. At the same time, they have to record videos and share the process of performing the challenge publicly on facebook and send them to the Youth Communist Union of the school. Every 7-day challenge is completed, a contribution of 5,000 VND will be given to the Fund of preventing and controlling Covid-19 Epidemics.

The expense is extracted from the Operation Fund of the Youth Communist Union of Cong Nghiep High School. Because of the complicated development of Covid-19 epidemics, implementing the Prime Minister's directive on social and human isolation, the local people stay at home, they only go out in case it is absolutely necessary. Thereby, home sports and physical training is a suitable form of training, ensuring the safest to improve the health during the Covid-19 season.
