(HBO) - In recent years, in our province there have been more and more young and potential athletes, grandmaster athletes, the athletes at the national level I trained in the national youth team to compete in the international arenas… Hoa Binh sports is gradually making the important strides, and it is step by step asserting its position in the national sports arenas, creating a solid foundation to confidently rise to new heights.

The cycling athletes have been regularly practicing to maintain and improve their performance in upcoming sports tournaments.

Since the beginning of the year, Covid-19 epidemics has significantly affected all aspects of the socio-economic life, and there is no exception for sports. The sports in 2020 are not really exciting as it was in the previous years. Some national sports tournaments must be postponed, and the sports activities must be limited ...

The year of 2019 has been considered as a fairly successful year for the provincial sports. 162 provincial athletes have participated in 18 regional and national sports competitions. The results they achieved are 81 medals (31 gold medals, 22 silver medals, 28 bronze medals). there were 6 athletes winning the grandmaster level and 5 athletes won the national level I. Three athletes have been summoned to the youth team, the national cycling team. The athlete Dinh Van Linh participates in the Vietnam cycling team competing at the 30th SEA Games held in the Philippines.

The achievements in 2019 have confirmed the province's interest and investment in sports, and the coaching and training the athletes with high-achievement sports has gradually got the positive results.

Currently, the students of the gifted classes and the athletes who are being trained at the Provincial Gifted School of training and sports competition staying in the dormitory are cared for about the nutrition regimes and the practice conditions to improve their performance. In February 2020, the Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.280/QD-UBND on the stipulation of the bonuses for the training coaches and the athletes setting up the competitive records in the sports tournaments.

In the coming time, the school will continue to improve the quality of training and coaching teams of young sports talent, the athletes of high-achievement sports. At the same time, they have focused on selecting and training the students in the sports gifted classes to add the athletes of high quality to the provincial sports teams. The investment in facilities, equipment and training equipment for each sports has been paid attention to in order to meet the requirements of peak training and competition.
