(HBO) - Mr. Ngo Van Tuan, the Member of the Party Central Committee, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and comrades, Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee as well á the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, the Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, checked the progress of upgrading the provincial stadium, visited and encouraged the coaches and the players of Hoa Binh Football Club, the members of the soccer team participating in the national second division on the basis of the cooperation of the Dortmund club. The representatives of some businesses who are interested in developing the province's football sport also attended.

Mr. Ngo Van Tuan, the Member of the Party Central Committee, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the delegation are motivating the coaches and the players of Hoa Binh Football Club.

In mid-March, the provincial People's Committee agreed and supported the policy of the new generation TV solution JSC (Next Media), the Bundesliga's partner in Vietnam to establish a football team to participate in the national second division. In addition, this unit is also responsible for ensuring the fund for the activities of Hoa Binh Football Club on the available facilities of the province. At the same time, the stadium in Hoa Binh city is to be upgraded, the province's youth football training center and a sports urban area in Luong Son district with a scale of 700 hectares are to be built.

Particularly, the project of investing and upgrading the provincial stadium up to now has basically completed the grass field, the stands with a capacity of about 10,000 people has been painted and repaired. The items of the technical houses are being urgently renovated and repaired to meet the requirements. The stadium in Hoa Binh City is also the venue for the launching event of the football team to attend the National Second Division on April 22nd. It is also the venue for the opening ceremony of the National Second Division, which is scheduled to take place between Hoa Binh Football Team and another team in May.

When visiting the accommodation and the training venue for the tournament of coaches and 23 players of Hoa Binh football club at the Center for Vocational Training and Farmer Support (Quynh Lam Ward - Hoa Binh City), Mr. Ngo Van Tuan, the Member of the Central Party Committee, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee welcomed, encouraged and committed to create all conditions in terms of facilities and encouragement both physically and mentally for the football club.

With the desire that Hoa Binh football will develop, promote and become the pride of the Northwest football, the province also commits to pay attention to the football club, invest and support the fund for the facilities.
