The players off Hoa Binh FC are ready for the matches of National Second-Class Football Championship in 2021.
Hoa Binh Football Club (Hoa Binh FC) was established in March 2021 under the leadership of the head coach, Mr. Le Quoc Vuong and the Training Committee, with 23 players from the prestigious football training center all over the country. In just nearly 2 months, the team has been in operation. The provincial stadium has been upgraded with all the items such as: the grass surface, the stands, the changing rooms, the accommodation, the practice venue... The investment costs for the football teams and the stadium have been up to billion dongs. Mr. Nguyen Minh Tu, the Executive Director of Hoa Binh Football Club, said: Hoa Binh FC has received the close attention and guidance from the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Committee, the appropriate departments, agencies, branches, localities and the main sponsors, Next Media. Immediately after its establishment, the Training Committee and the players had 3 weeks of training at Hanoi National Training Center, then they returned to Hoa Binh to focus on training at the Viettel Training Center in Hoa Lac and then in the provincial stadium. Through the training process, now Hoa Binh Football Club has chosen 23 players to register to officially compete in National Second-Class Football Championship in 2021. As a young team, Hoa Binh FC has humbly set a target to stay relegated in the first season.
Although the players are young, and they do not have much playing experience, with the determination of the Training Committee and the seriousness of the players, the team has gradually formed their own playing way up till now. In addition to organizing training and practicing with the physical training exercises, techniques, tactics, the Training Committee has organized friendly matches for players to rub against the teams including Class I Phu Dong team, Hanoi U17, Viettel ... in order to perfect and improve the skills and he competitive psychology. The coach Le Quoc Vuong said: With a former player, being able to follow the football path is my happiness. This is an opportunity for me to experience in a new position. In particular, young players must also set the goals for themselves. We come from different places but we have one thing in common: play and work for Hoa Binh, for the common goal of the team, building a playing way with identity. Although there are still many difficulties due to the urgent work of building and recruiting the players, they are well adapted and gradually accustomed to the rhythm of life at the team. With determination, Hoa Binh Football Club promised to build a united team, play hard, fair play with its own identity, which is worthy of the expectation of the leaders and the fans.
In addition to the active guidance and training of the Training Committee and the players, the necessary conditions for the opening ceremony, the matches of Hoa Binh FC at home have been carefully prepared by the local organizers nand they are ready for the opening ceremony of the National Second-Class Football Championship in 2021 and the first match between Hoa Binh FC team and Hai Nam team, Vinh Yen Vinh Phuc, takes place in the afternoon of May 4th.
