(HBO) - Strictly complying with the regulations on Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control, over the past time, many people have been unable to maintain their daily routine of practicing sports and physical training.

The volleyball team of the youth in Thinh Lang ward (Hoa Binh city) both ensures the regular practice and avoids the large gatherings at the yard of People's Committee’s ward.

How to practice properly and achieve high efficiency without violating regulations is the concern of many enthusiasts in practicing sports and physical training. Facing with that situation, each person has found many different ways to practice to maintain regular exercise, contributing to improving health, and preventing and controlling the epidemics.

Many days have passed, and the joyful and vibrant atmosphere, the laughter and cheers of playing volleyball at the cultural house yard of group 3 in the afternoons, Tan Thinh ward has disappeared. Instead, there is a deserted image of an outdoor sports training ground. It has become a habit, at 5:30 pm every day, no one makes an appointment, everyone voluntarily goes to the training ground. Since the sports activities were suspended due to the epidemics, Mr. Hung and his teammates have strictly complied with all regulations, and each person has been practicing in their own different ways. Mr. Hung says: "I have overcome it by practicing another sport suitable for the current situation, which is running. I usually run alone to avoid contact with many people around and take the initiative to ensure distance”.

The summer vacation is quite long, many parents cannot stay at home to care for, and supervise their children. Understanding that, the Communist Youth Union of Thinh Lang Ward has maintained the activities of children's dance clubs and volleyball teams. In the condition of both training and preventing and controlling the epidemics, the Executive Committee of the Ward’s Communist Youth Union is always concerned about how to let the children participate in physical training while safety is still ensured. The training sessions are always accompanied by the key officials, the prestigious union members and the youth to ensure that the teenagers and children are divided into small groups, a reasonable training time is arranged to practice properly and comply with regulations on preventing and controlling Covid-19 epidemics.

Nowadays, instead of going to the gym, many people make full use of the space at home to practice sports and physical training such as Yoga, aerobics under the guidance of coaches on Youtube or simply skipping rope, push-ups, sit-ups or stair climbing... "With exercises at home, people should pay attention to the intensity, the moderate exercise time, which is suitable for the health and physical condition. It is necessary to avoid practicing at peak hours, remember to drink enough water and to relax after a workout, do not take a shower right away when feeling hot... This is the most basic knowledge I always remind the practitioner to remember when practicing at home,” emphasizes Mr. Pham Dat, the gym trainer at Hoa Binh AQUA Fitness & Yoga.

After a temporary closure to strictly comply with regulations on preventing and controlling Covid-19 epidemics, on August 13, Hoa Binh AQUA Fitness & Yoga was officially in the operation. Mr. Luong Van Qua, the gym owner, says: Since reopening, the number of people practicing has not been equal to the one in the previous time. In order to ensure safety for everyone, we have set out the rules of the gym and everyone practicing here must follow. In addition, we always balance the number of the people for each training session here, we arrange medical masks, hand sanitizer, and the staff constantly remind the people to follow the regulations and clean up the practice tools every day…”.

Regardless of the form of exercise this activity is also very necessary, and each person should choose for themselves a way of exercise that is suitable for themselves. Maintaining the habit of daily practice of sports and physical training not only improves the health and strengthens the resistance, but it also contributes to the effective implementation of the movement "All people do exercises following the great example of Uncle Ho”...
