(HBO) - At the district gymnasium, The Elderly People Association of Kim Boi District organized the 5th volleyball competition of 2017.




The final female match between two teams of Kim Binh and Nam Thuong. 
 
In this competition, there are 56 teams, including 28 female teams and 28 male teams with about 500 athletes. The organization of volleyball competition among the adults and elderly people has contributed to promoting physical training activities imitating great Uncle Ho and created a chance for the elderly people in the district to communicate and exchange their experience so that the quality of training and competition will be improved and the competition movement of "Elder Age – Bright Mirror” will be promoted; moreover, the spirit of living joyfully, healthily and happily of elderly people  will be promoted much more.
The result is as follows: in female competition, Kim Binh commune won the first prize; Nam Thuong commune won the second; Ha Bi and Hop Kim communes together won the third prizes; the consolation prizes belonged to communes of Binh Son, Dong Bac, Lap Chieng and Vinh Dong.
In male competition, Trung Bi commune won the first prize; Sao Bay commune won the second; Tu Son and Son Thuy communes together won the third prizes; the consolation prizes belonged to communes of Nam Thuong, Vinh Dong, Binh Son and Kim Binh.

Besides, the organizers awarded a stylish prize and a prize for the eldest althlete attending the competition.
