(HBO) - On March 22, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Football Federation (LFF), term I in the period of 2022-2027 held a meeting to deploy the key tasks in 2023. Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman The union chaired the meeting.

On March 25, 2022, the first congress of the Provincial Football Federation unanimously elected 15 people to join the Executive Committee.There are 3 Vice Presidents and one General Secretary. The Provincial Football Federation and Hoa Binh Football Club (Hoa Binh FC) have officially become the member of the Vietnam Football Federation. Hoa Bing Football has first appeared in the national professional football system.

At the meeting, the Executive Committee set the specific goals in 2023 including developing the operating regulations of the sub-committees; inspecting and guiding the clubs to complete the documents and issue a decision on the recognition as a member of the Federation. They have cvoordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to develop a plan to organize the tournaments in the province and participate in the annual regional tournaments. They have also developed a plan to foster the young talents and provide the professional training for the referees. In addition, they have made plans to associate with the social organizations, businesses to organize the competitions and advertise the brand…

Making a speech at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has highly appreciated the results achieved by the Federation and Hoa Binh FC. At the same time, the Executive Board of Hoa Binh Football Federation is requested to continue implementing the tasks to improve the operating quality. In which, they have considered and soon added the members from the departments, the agencies and the branches to promote the functions and close the operation of the Federation. They have agreed to establish 4 functional committees, including Inspection, Expertise, Propaganda-sponsorship, Office; Each committee has from 5 to 7 members. The Federation members need to continue reviewing and concretizing the operating regulations. It is necessary to strengthen propaganda to raise the public awareness in the target audience. It is suggessted consolidating, developing and improving the quality of the activities of the grassroots clubs, setting up an appropriate membership fee. The investment in facilities and equipment sould be increased, thereby, it helps improve the quality of training under the motto of promoting socialization of training activities at the grounds.
