There was the participation of 370 athletes from 10 education and training departments of the district and the city; 24 high schools, 6 ethnic boarding schools, 4 centers, Pedagogical College and other departments and agencies of the Department of Education and Training. The number of athletes participating in this year's tournament was greater than that in 2022.

The tournament was organized to continue responding, maintaining and promoting the movement of physical training following the great example of the Uncle Ho, emulating achievements to celebrate the 41st anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20th, 1982 - November 20th, 2023).

The tournament has become an annual competition of the education and training sector, attracting a large number of administrators and teachers to participate. This is also an opportunity for the staff and the teachers to interact and exchange experiences, contributing to improving the quality of education and training.

Through the tournament, the Organizing Committee can select the athletes with the excellent achievements and formed a team to prepare a force to attend the Sports Festival for the National People's Teacher held in Binh Duong province in 2024.
