The tournament was organized in order to emulate the achievement of celebrating some big national special occasions. The athletes competed in the content of men pairs according to the age of 35, 36-42, 43 -48, 49 -55, over 56 and women pairs. The teams were split by tables according to the marks, competing to be selected in semi-final and final matches. This tournament contributed to promoting the movement of practicing physical exercises and sports in general; and tennis in particularly. It can strengthen the cooperation to develop and exchange the supported unity among members of all the clubs in the province.

Bui Van Vuong – Police Club (men pairs at the age of 43-48); Khuong Minh Tuan,
Nguyen Quang Dung – Lottery Club (Men pairs at the age of 36-42); Tran Duc
Chung, Dinh Duc Anh – Lottery Club (Men pairs under 35).
